Mr Pervez is an experienced corporate professional with over 13 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies.

Mr Pervez currently holds a role of Executive Chairman of Viridis Mining and Minerals Ltd (ASX: VMM) and Non-Executive Director of Pioneer Lithium Limited (ASX: PLN) and Equinox Resources Limited (ASX: EQN). Previously, Mr Pervez was Chief Financial Officer of Battery Age Mineral (ASX: BM8) and also held numerous roles at Resonance Health Limited (ASX: RHT) including CFO and Company Secretary.

Fadi is a seasoned corporate executive with over 10 years’ experience in large financial institutions. Fadi has worked on a number of large-scale technology transformation programs which have received industry recognition and awards at a national level. Fadi has also been responsible for managing large operational teams responsible for billions of dollars of payments. Fadi attained a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Sydney as well as a Master of Business Management from the University of Technology Sydney.

Rafael is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 23 years’ global experience in the mining & petrochemical industries. He has held executive & senior leadership roles at Argosy, Santos, & INPEX, specializing in execution of major capital projects and has extensive experience covering exploration, business development, commercial, offtake agreements involved with projects in Australia, Asia, Europe, S & N America.

Major General (Ret.) Colloton is a highly credentialed technical and strategic leader, boasts a diverse educational background. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School. Additionally, she completed a fellowship at the RAND Corporation’s Arroyo Centre. These educational experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in engineering systems, infrastructure planning, and strategic resource management.

Mr Kong is a mining executive with experience spanning technical evaluation, project assessment and corporate decision-making in both large, multi-asset mining organisations and early-stage mineral exploration companies. His background covers the full project lifecycle, from early-stage opportunity assessment through to operational planning and investment decision support.

Mr Kong has operated within both technical and corporate environments, giving him a balanced perspective across project development, capital allocation and stakeholder engagement. He has been closely involved in assessing development pathways, supporting strategic transactions and working within disciplined governance frameworks typical of tier-one mining companies.

Mr Jovanovic is a geologist with more than 17 years’ experience in managing complex exploration projects and mineral deposit evaluation. He is a well-rounded exploration professional with significant commodity experience including lithium, borates, base and precious metals. Dejan implemented and encouraged the highest standards of technical and operational excellence across multiple project support groups. He has held numerous positions throughout his career including notable roles with Rio Tinto (Serbia) where he worked on Rio Tinto’s Jadar lithium-borate deposit; senior exploration roles with Lithium Li Ltd / Pan Global Resources Inc. serving as a key leadership capacity for exploration programs in the Balkans. Dejan has also acted as a exploration management consultant to various clients including European Lithium and General Manager Exploration for Jadar Resources Limited (ASX:JDR).

Dejan holds a Master of Science in Economic and Exploration Geology from the University of Belgrade, and a member of the Professional Geological Societies (QP), and a fellow of the European Federation Geologist (CP in accordance with the JORC Code).
